Heal blocks to greater joy and kindness

Have you ever said to yourself “I WANT to be more kind” and found it difficult?

Studies have proven that kind doing acts increase happiness and wellbeing.  But sometimes it’s hard to even get started.

Kindness Generation believes healing wounds and increasing happiness leads to more kindness.  That’s why Healing is one of our four primary legs.  Our goal is to share methods you can use for healing wounds of drama and trauma.  

We all have been wounded from dramas and traumas in life.  Everyone has experienced some trauma.  Whether a feeling of abandonment as a 2 year old or a painful betrayal as a 42 year old, trauma is part of our human condition.

Stresses and traumatic wounds we feel can give rise to resentment, jealousy, anger and other low energy emotions that tend to separate us.  They can drive a need to strike out against others. And they make it hard to be nice and do kind things for other people, animals, or the natural world.

 

These are some of the methods that we will be exploring for Kindness Generation that can lead to greater happiness, mental clarity, and overall sendse of well being.
